Dr. Edu Aparicio brings to Ribbeck Law the invaluable experience of dealing with government issues. When a catastrophic event occurs, it is always necessary to deal with the authorities and government officials in order to have a proper investigation of the accident. It is also important to have public and government relations in order to facilitate the transportation of family members into the area where the accident occurred.

Since 2005, Dr. Aparicio has been practicing aviation law. He has traveled to different parts of the world where accidents happened in order to correspond and deal with government officials and investigators. With Dr. Aparicio’s diplomatic skills, he is able to request from government officials the immediate assistance required by the victims or families of victims during such a difficult time.

Dr. Aparicio has been practicing law for more than 18 years. He is a graduate of the National University San Luis Gonzaga and the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the University San Luis Gonzaga, Peru. He also completed his Master’s Degree in Civil and Commercial Law at the Federico Villareal National University of Lima, Peru. He is currently pursuing his Master’s Degree in Public Management at the University of the Pacific. Dr. Aparicio has worked as an advisor in the Congress of the Republic of Peru, a public institution that represents the Legislative Power of the Peruvian government in charge of dictating Peruvian laws. During his administration, he participated in different political commissions. He currently advises Peruvian parliamentarians on issues of legislation.

Dr. Aparicio has worked in providing advice to different municipal governments of Peru. He began his career in the judicial area representing private companies. He has also been committed to social assistance by donating his time to counsel several families who were at a legal disadvantage compared to large companies. He has a passion as well as a very serious conviction to help make Peruvian laws to be just and equal for all Peruvian citizens and will fiercely defend the most vulnerable in the name of justice to make his goals and dreams come true.

Dr. Aparicio is fluent in Spanish. In his free time, Dr. Aparicio assists indigent families. He likes spending his summers at his beach house by the ocean.
