Mr. Torres earned a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts & Science and his law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Peru, Lima, Peru. There he worked for the international law firm of Cauvi, Ferraro, Devoto & Del Solar, Abogados, concentrating in Corporate, Commercial and Administrative Law. He also worked extensively in Intellectual Property and Civil Litigation, and is a member of the Collegiate of Lawyers of Peru. He has attended international forums on Tort Law, Civil Procedure and Litigation, Real Estate, Corporate and Commercial Law.

Mr. Torres also taught faculty at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Peru and taught special legal writing and reading courses in the Law Schools from 1996 to 2002.

Mr. Torres joined Ribbeck Law Chartered in 2002 and has assisted attorneys in matters related to personal injury cases and Aviation Law. He heads the firm's International Counsel on Aviation cases.
