Prior to joining Ribbeck Law, she worked as a Korean-speaking agent for a U.S.-based medical insurance company (Medicare), where she handled a wide range of client inquiries, including claims, billing, and paperwork, while educating clients on their benefits. Her ability to address complex issues with clarity and empathy made her a trusted resource for customers.

In addition to her professional experience in the United States, Minsun has a background in education, having worked as an English tutor for young learners in South Korea. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Duksung Women’s University in South Korea, further underscoring her expertise in language and communication.

Minsun is also certified in machine translation (English to Korean) and proficient in Microsoft Office utilities, enabling her to streamline processes and deliver precise, high-quality work.
