Antonio Fiorini brings to Ribbeck Law Chartered a plethora of experience in litigating and arbitrating cases and claims involving injuries to passengers and crew
members from more than 20 countries around the world. In one of the most horrific
accidents in recent history, Mr. Fiorini was actively involved in the civil aspect of the
criminal trial, the civil trial, the arbitration and the subsequent settlement
negotiations involving the Costa Concordia disaster. In the Costa Concordia
matter, Mr. Fiorini successfully prosecuted the claims of more than 500 hundred
passengers and crew members wherein he was able to negotiate substantial
settlements for our clients. In handling claims for more than 25 years, Mr. Fiorini has
routinely dealt with high-level management officers of the top companies in
Europe. In addition, he has been accustomed to negotiating with European
insurance companies the successful settlement of thousands of claims involving
clients all over the world.

Mr. Fiorini attended the University of Siena and graduated in 1988. He was a
member of the Commission for the examination for qualification for the legal
profession in 2008 and a member of the Chamber of Conciliation of the Order of
Lawyers of Grosseto. Mr. Fiorini is registered in the list of arbitrators at the Chamber of Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce of Grosseto. He is the head of the
studies sector for bonds and contracts of the Civil Chamber of Grosseto.
