Dr. Edu Aparicio brings to Ribbeck Law Chartered the invaluable experience of dealing with aviation matters.

Since 2005, Dr. Aparicio has been practicing aviation law. He has traveled to different parts of the world where accidents happened in order to correspond and deal with government officials and investigators. With Dr. Aparicio’s diplomatic skills, he is able to request from government officials the immediate assistance required by the victims or families of victims during such a difficult time.

Dr. Aparicio has been practicing law for more than 18 years. He is a graduate of the National University San Luis Gonzaga and the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the University San Luis Gonzaga, Peru. He also completed his Master’s Degree in Civil and Commercial Law at the Federico Villareal National University of Lima, Peru. He is currently pursuing his Master’s Degree in Public Management at the University of the Pacific. Dr. Aparicio has worked as an advisor in the Congress of the Republic of Peru, a public institution that represents the Legislative Power of the Peruvian government in charge of dictating Peruvian laws. During his administration, he participated in different political commissions. In addition to aviation law, he currently advises Peruvian parliamentarians on issues of legislation.

Dr. Aparicio is fluent in English and Spanish. In his free time, Dr. Aparicio assists indigent families.
