Antonio Fiorini brings extensive experience in global aviation litigation and arbitration to Ribbeck Law Chartered. As a respected prosecutor and negotiator, Mr. Fiorini has successfully settled tens of thousands of claims in more than 20 countries.
Notably, Mr. Fiorini was a key criminal and civil prosecutor for the 2012 Costa Concordia disaster, obtaining record high settlements and jury verdicts on behalf of over 500 passenger and crew claimants.
Mr. Fiorini graduated from the University of Siena, Tuscany, Italy in 1988. He has been a volunteer and member of many organizations including the Association of Lawyers of Grosseto and the Chamber of Commerce of Maremma and Tirreno in Tuscany, Italy. For the Association of Lawyers, he qualified lawyers for the state certification exam in the District of Florence, Italy.
Mr. Fiorini also served as legal consult for MABRO, a famous men’s suits fashion brand working for Pierre Cardin, Pari, and other major companies.
Mr. Fiorini is currently registered as an arbitrator with the Grosseto Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the head of studies sector for bonds and contracts at the Civil Chamber of Grosseto and is registered with the Grosseto Council of Lawyers. Moreover, he serves as a member on the Board of Administration for a consulting firm in the petroleum sector. During his free time, Mr. Fiorni enjoys spending his summers at his villa in Tuscany.
