As the Director of Community Relations, Ms. Prandi oversees a wide range of client services, from securing U.S. visa approvals to guiding clients through mediation processes. A skilled mediator with deep empathy, she helps families navigate complex legal issues with respect and sensitivity. Her multilingual abilities and cultural awareness enhance her effectiveness in bridging communication gaps for international clients.

Ms. Prandi is a member of Uruguay’s Bar Association, registered as a legal consultant by the Supreme Court of New York, and has worked with the Consumer Fraud Bureau of Illinois alongside the Office of the Attorney General. She holds a law degree from the Universidad de la República in Montevideo, Uruguay.
