Monica Svetogorsky graduated from Montevideo, Uruguay Universidad de la Republica. Monica is a member of the Bar Association of Uruguay and is registered as a legal consultant in the Supreme Court of New York. She also worked with the Attorney General’s Office at the Consumer Fraud Bureau of Illinois.

Mrs. Svetogorsky has extensive experience dealing with the governments in different areas of the world. She is the liaison between Global Aviation Law Group and the local government officials in each area where a plane crash occurred.

Mrs. Svetogorsky speaks several languages, including English, Spanish, Portuguese, French and Italian.
