Sisiliana Ridwan began her association with Ribbeck Law as a former client, following the tragic loss of her husband in the catastrophic Garuda Flight 152 accident on September 26, 1997, in Medan, Indonesia. This devastating event profoundly affected Ms. Ridwan and her family, particularly their only daughter, who was just a small child at the time and grew up without her father. Experiencing such a deep and personal loss has instilled in Ms. Ridwan a unique empathy and understanding for clients facing similar tragedies. This personal experience drives her mission to support and guide victims’ families through some of the most challenging moments of their lives.

At Ribbeck Law, Ms. Ridwan plays a critical role in client relations and case preparation. She is responsible for obtaining essential documentation from families to substantiate claims, including damages documentation required for litigation. Her work ensures that the impact of each family’s loss—financial, emotional, and personal—is fully represented, making these documents vital to achieving a comprehensive resolution. With her empathetic approach, Ms. Ridwan handles sensitive communication with families, providing a comforting presence and practical guidance throughout each phase of their case. Her personal understanding of grief allows her to connect with clients deeply, helping them feel supported, heard, and empowered.
